厂拌热再生技术在沥青路面应用中的质量控制要点分析

摘　　要：该文依托S352高邮段路面改造工程,对厂拌热再生在沥青路面应用中的质量控制要点进行了分析研究。首先对热再生沥青混合料相关技术进行阐述,然后结合热再生沥青混合料施工流程,分别从旧沥青混合料回收、热再生沥青混合料配合比设计、生产运输、摊铺以及碾压等方面,总结分析了热再生技术在不同施工阶段的质量控制要点;最后对热再生沥青路面施工质量进行了检测,结果表明热再生沥青路面施工质量满足规范要求。该文总结的质量控制要点可为公路厂拌热再生沥青混合料技术的应用提供借鉴。Based on the pavement reconstruction project of S352 Gaoyou section,this paper analyzes and studies the key points of quality control in the application of plant mixed hot recycling in asphalt pavement.Firstly,the related technologies of hot recycled asphalt mixture are described,and then,combined with the construction process of hot recycled asphalt mixture,the quality control points of hot recycled asphalt mixture in different construction stages are summarized and analyzed from the aspects of old asphalt mixture recovery,hot recycled asphalt mixture mix design,production and transportation,paving and rolling;Finally,the construction quality of hot recycled asphalt pavement is tested,and the results show that the construction quality of hot recycled asphalt pavement meets the specification requirements.The quality control points summarized in this paper can provide reference for the application of highway plant mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture technology.
