摘　　要：在现场展开建筑工程的施工工作时,应当重点落实质量监督及技术管理任务,安排专业的管理人才用严格的管理机制规范作业人员的工作行为,以避免由于人为因素引发工程质量不达标的情况。基于大多数建筑工程的管理工作任务量大、工作流程多,要提升工作水平,就要先找到工作的侧重点。因此,该文主要从材料、环境、技术这3个方面找出会对建筑工程施工效果产生影响的关键因素,并阐述了实际管理阶段常见的一些难点问题。结合管理工作的基本流程及工作原则,有针对性地研究创新管理方案、降低管理难度的方法。When the construction work is carried out on site,based on the large amount of management tasks and many work processes of most construction projects,to improve the work level,we must first find the focus of the work.Therefore,this paper mainly finds out the key factors that will affect the construction effect of the building project from the three aspects of materials,environment and technology,and expounds some common difficult problems in the actual management stage.In combination with the basic process and working principles of management work,we will purposefully study innovative management schemes and methods to reduce management difficulty.
