摘　　要：读者决策采购是图书馆馆藏体系建设的有益补充,可以极大地提升服务效能,精准地为用户提供服务。该文从公共图书馆读者决策采购现状及国内相关论文的研究情况入手,通过对长春市图书馆读者决策采购实践情况进行分析,在总结建设经验的基础上找到制约发展的主要问题,提出了基于PDCA循环法构建管理体系,促进读者决策采购工作科学可持续发展的新思路。Readers’decision-making purchasing is a useful supplement to the construction of library collection system,which can greatly improve the service efficiency and provide accurate services for users.This paper starts with the current situation of public library readers’decision-making purchasing and the research of relevant domestic papers,analyzes the practice of Changchun Library readers’decision-making purchasing.On the basis of summing up the construction experience,the paper finds out the main problems restricting the development,and puts forward a new idea to build a management system based on PDCA cycle method to promote the scientific and sustainable development of readers’decision-making purchasing.
