摘 要:该研究主要采用文献综述法、问卷调查法、对比实验法、数理统计法、访谈法、观察法等研究方法,对高校大二大学体育选项课设置对照组和实验组,实验一段时间后,对学生的认知、教师的教学风格、动作的掌握程度、所学内容实践运用(编排、比赛)等进行对比分析得出:(1)大学体育选项课教育目的不明确,实践教学目标模糊化;(2)实践教学内容简单化、形式化,大学体育选项课解读表浅化、碎片化;(3)课程认知以及评价观念滞后,大学体育选项课教育边缘化;(4)“6+1”教学模式对学生掌握动作技术效果更好;(5)“6+1”教学模式更偏重学生的实践运用。并针对结论提出相关建议:(1)开发专题化主题教育,持续推广;(2)结合应用传统实践教学方式以及现代教育技术,融合发展;(3)创建和谐环境,老师及学生共同探究;(4)转化学习方式,内化选项课内涵。通过研究,以期为高校大学体育选项课的课程改革提供理论参考。Mainly using literature review,questionnaire survey,comparative experiment,mathematical statistics,interview,observation and other research methods,this paper sets up a control group and an experimental group for the optional courses of Physical Education in sophomore colleges and universities.After a period of experiment,the comparative analysis of students’cognition,teachers’teaching style,mastery of movements,and the practical application of the learned content(arrangement and competition)showed that:(1)the educational purpose of the PE optional courses in colleges and universities was not clear,and the practical teaching goal was vague;(2)The content of practical teaching is simplified and formalized,and the interpretation of college PE optional courses is superficial and fragmented;(3)Curriculum cognition and evaluation concept lag behind,and college PE optional education is marginalized;(4)"6+1"teaching mode is better for students to master movement skills;(5)The"6+1"teaching mode emphasizes students’practical application.Then it puts forward relevant suggestions according to the conclusions:(1)Develop thematic education and continue to promote it;(2)Combined with the application of traditional practical teaching methods and modern educational technology,integrated development;(3)Create a harmonious environment,teachers and students to explore together;(4)Transform learning methods and internalize the connotation of optional courses.Through the research,it is expected to provide a theoretical reference for the curriculum reform of college PE optional courses.
