摘 要:近些年,在沥青路面的实际建设和研究中,相关工程人员开发并实践了多种与原材料选择、混合料配合比、混合料拌制以及平整度控制等,可行性高的相关方案,使我国沥青路面工程在设计、建造和养护等技术方面不断成熟。该文结合影响沥青路面平整度的各项因素,提出了各个施工环节下的施工要素。从路基和基层的施工,到施工现场的碾压等施工环节提出了详细的平整度控制措施以及注意事项,主要包括完善施工工艺、合理配置施工条件以及优化施工人员管理等方面,在施工全过程中预防沥青路面不平整的产生。In recent years, in the actual construction and research of asphalt pavement, the relevant engineers have developed and practiced a variety of high feasibility schemes related to raw material selection, mix ratio, mix preparation and smoothness control, which make our asphalt pavement engineering in the design, construction and maintenance technology continues to mature. Combined with various factors affecting the evenness of asphalt pavement, this paper puts forward the construction elements under each construction link. From the construction of subgrade and base course to rolling at the construction site, detailed evenness control measures and precautions are proposed, mainly including improving the construction technology, reasonable allocation of construction conditions and optimizing the management of construction personnel, so as to prevent asphalt pavement evenness during the whole construction process.
