摘 要:目的 对山西省综改示范区核技术利用现状进行分析,为提出针对性的管理措施提供科学依据,提升放射源安全水平。方法 通过现场调查放射源、射线装置的应用现状、辐射安全和安保管理、法规要求落实、管理制度及执行和国家核技术利用辐射安全管理系统数据使用这5个方面,进行综合分析。结果 从事生产、销售、使用(含收贮)放射源、射线装置的核技术利用单位共计18家,在用放射源总数220枚,废旧放射源0枚,在用射线装置58台,与账物相符,且各单位设置较全面的辐射安全设施,法规要求基本得到落实,制定辐射安全管理制度和辐射事故应急预案,管理制度基本得到落实。结论 通过此次调查,发现了各单位在放射源及射线装置应用中存在的问题,并提出了整改建议。Objective To analyze the current situation of nuclear technology utilization in the demonstration area of comprehensive reform in Shanxi Province, and provide scientific basis for putting forward specific management measures to improve the safety level of radioactive sources. Method A comprehensive analysis was carried out by investigating the current situation of the application of radioactive sources and radiation devices, radiation safety and security management, the implementation of regulatory requirements, management systems and implementation,and the use of data from the National Radiation Safety Management System for Nuclear Technology Utilization.Results There are 18 nuclear technology utilization units engaged in the production, sales, and use(including storage) of radioactive sources and radiation devices, 220 radioactive sources in use, 0 waste radioactive sources, and 58 radiation devices in use, which are consistent with the accounts and materials. In addition, each unit has set up comprehensive radiation safety facilities. The requirements of laws and regulations have been basically implemented.A radiation safety management system and an emergency plan for radiation accidents have been developed, and the management system has been basically implemented. Conclusion Through this investigation, the problems existing in the application of radioactive sources and radiation devices in various units were found, and rectification suggestions were put forward.
