摘　　要：为了更好地发展残疾人高等继续教育,通过对北京市残疾人高等继续教育单考单招政策的确定过程以及20年的发展回顾,北京市残疾人高等继续教育填补了我国成人教育面向残疾人招生政策的空白,并形成了残疾人高等继续教育的招生、教育教学体系。针对20年发展中的问题与经验,在“十四五”和未来的发展中,建议加强多方合力开展远程网络教育、发挥残疾人高等继续教育远程网络教育在学习型城市建设中的作用、建立残疾人高等继续教育教师培训制度。In order to further better develop continuing education for the disabled,through confirmation process of Beijing City Continuing Education Individual Exam Individual Recruiting Policy and it’s development review of past 20 years,the higher continuing education for the disabled in Beijing has filled the gap in the enrollment policy of adult education for the disabled in China,and formed the enrollment,education and teaching system of higher continuing education for the disabled.In view of the problems and experience in the development of the past 20years,it is suggested that in the"Fourteenth Five-Year Plan"and future development,it is suggested to strengthen the joint efforts of various parties to carry out the distance network education,give play to the role of the distance network education of higher continuing education for the disabled in the construction of learning city,and establish the teacher training system of higher continuing education for the disabled.
