新冠疫情防控常态化背景下河北省冰雪产业发展模式研究

摘　　要：冰雪产业是新兴的朝阳产业,也是国家重点扶持的产业,它能够吸引人民群众广泛参与冰雪运动并刺激体育消费。2015年7月北京冬奥会申办成功,冰雪运动也进入了大众视野,人们参与冰雪运动的热情空前高涨,这无疑为我国冰雪产业注入了强力的催化剂。随着张家口成为北京冬奥会雪上项目举办地,河北省冰雪产业进入快速发展时期并取得了一定成效。但是,新冠肺炎疫情突然爆发,在防控常态化背景下,河北省应重视运用“互联网+”冰雪产业发展模式,如大数据运用、O2O模式、人工智能、VR技术、5G等新一代数字化技术,以产业智能化克服疫情影响,从而推动河北省冰雪产业可持续发展。Ice and snow industry is an emerging sunrise industry and a key industry supported by the state.It can attract people to participate in ice and snow sports and stimulate sports consumption.With the success of Beijing’s bid for the Winter Olympic Games in July 2015,ice and snow sports have also come into the public eye,and the enthusiasm of people to participate in ice and snow sports is unprecedented,which undoubtedly injected a strong catalyst for China’s ice and snow industry.With Zhangjiakou becoming the host of snow sports projects for the Beijing Winter Olympic Games,the ice and snow industry in Hebei Province has entered a period of rapid development and achieved certain results.However,the COVID-19 suddenly broke out.Under the background of normalization of prevention and control,Hebei Province should attach importance to the application of the"Internet+"ice and snow industry development model,such as big data application,O2O mode,artificial intelligence,VR technology,5G and other new generation digital technologies,to overcome the impact of the epidemic with industrial intelligence,so as to promote the sustainable development of Hebei ice and snow industry.
