高整体容器用混凝土渗透性的测试方法研究

摘  要:渗透性是高整体容器用混凝土的关键性能指标之一,然而现有常规渗透性系数测试方法不能对其做出精确地评价.为此,文中在已有气体渗透测试方法的基础上,选取具有较强渗透能力的氮气作为传输介质,通过对现有试样干燥预处理方法的改进,对高整体容器用C60~C80混凝土进行了渗透性评价研究.结果表明真空干燥预处理方法不但能显著缩短试样的预处理时间,而且能有效降低因持续烘干对混凝土中胶凝材料物相及其微结构的不利影响,因此有助于后续混凝土气体渗透性测试精度的提高;经渗透测试方法得到的渗透线性拟合直线线性度较高,其回归系数R2均接近1,并且其渗透率Kv值的发展规律符合混凝土强度发展与微观结构间的相关性.因此,渗透性测试方法精确度较高,用于检测评价高整体容器用混凝土的渗透性是合理可行的.Permeability is one of the critical property of concrete for high integrity containers,but the existing con-ventional permeability coefficient test methods can not accurately evaluate it.Based on the existing gas permeation test methods,the permeability of C60~C80 concrete for high integrity container is evaluated by selecting nitrogen as the transmission medium and improving drying pretreatment method of sample.The results show that the vacuum drying pretreatment method not only significantly shortens the sample pretreatment time,but also effectively reduces the adverse effects of continuous drying on the phase and microstructure of cementitious materials in concrete,which is helpful to improve the accuracy of gas permeability test.The fiting curves of permeability obtained by the test method is linear,and its regression coefficient R?is close to l;the development law of its permeability K,value con-forms to the correlation between concrete strength development and microstructure.The proposed permeability test-ing method has a highaccuracy,and it is reasonable and feasible to test and evaluate the permeability of concrete for high integrity containers.
