摘 要:将工业钢纤维按一定比例加入高性能混凝土,二者结合作为一种新型的复合材料.凭借着材料自身优良的抗压、抗拉以及抗裂性能,更好的解决土木工程中模板施工的问题.文中对一种新型模板从设计、施工、模拟应用效果等方面进行可行性分析.通过ABAQUS有限元分析结果可知,混凝土模板掺入钢纤维后,新旧混凝土黏结效果提升,试件整体性良好.证明了钢纤维增强复合材料免拆模板技术可行性高,具有实际开发价值.A new composite material is obtained by mixing industrial steel fiber and high-performance concrete,which has excellent compression,tensile,and crack resistance properties,providing solutions for formwork construc-tion in civil engineering.This paper analyzes the feasibility of a new type of formwork from the aspects of design,con-struction,simulation and application effects by ABAQUS finite element analysis.The results show that the bonding effect of new and old concrete is improved and the integrity of the test piece is good after the concrete formwork is mixed with steel fiber.It is proved that the technology of steel fiber reinforced composite formworks without disman-tling is highly feasible and has practical development value.
