摘 要:自攻螺钉以良好的连接性能在冷弯薄壁型钢结构住宅体系中得到应用,为获得采用自攻螺钉连接的冷弯薄壁型钢结构节点的抗剪力学性能和失效模式,文中采用厚度为2mm的冷弯薄壁钢板和ST4.8、ST6.3自攻螺钉,共设计6组18个自攻螺钉抗剪试件,通过对比试验,分析影响自攻螺钉连接冷弯薄壁型钢板抗剪性能的主要因素,结果表明自攻螺钉直径的增加和螺钉端距的变大对试验试件的抗剪性能和失效模式具有明显影响,试验为自攻螺钉在冷弯薄壁型钢结构住宅体系中广泛应用提供技术支撑.Self-tapping screws have been applied in cold-formed thin-wall steel structure residential system for their good connection properties.This paper adopted cold-formed thin-wall steel plate with thickness of 2mm and self-tapping screws with ST4.8 and ST6.3 to obtain the shear resistance and failure mode,and 6 groups of 18 shear specimens with self-tapping screws are designed.The main factors affecting the shear properties of the steel plate connected by self-tapping screws are analyzed.The results show that the increase of the diameter of self-tapping screws and the increase of the screw end distance have obvious effects on the shear properties and failure modes of the test specimens.The obtained results may provide technical support for the wide application of self-tapping screws in cold-formed thin-wall steel structure residential system.
