摘 要:盾构机在施工过程中常因刀具磨损过大导致刀具失效及刀箱变形等问题,经常需要进仓检查刀具磨损量,耗费时间长且掘进效率低.为得到磨损量预测公式,文中以CSM剪切模型为基础,建立盘形滚刀磨损量与磨损耗能的数值关系,提出滚刀磨损量的理论计算模型,并利用线性拟合寻找相关参数数值关系,对模型进行了简化处理.研究结果可为工程实践中刀具磨损量的预测提供理论依据.Shield machine often causes tool failure and tool box deformation due to excessive tool wear during the construction process,and it is often necessary to enter the bin to check the tool wear amount,which is with time-con-suming and low boring efficiency.In order to obtain the wear prediction formula,this paper establishes the numeri-cal relationship between the wear of disc-shaped hob and wear energy consumption based on CSM shear model.The theoretical calculation model of hob wear is proposed,and the model is simplified by using linear fitting to find the numerical relationship of relevant parameters.The results may provide a theoretical basis for the prediction of tool wear in engineering practice.
