摘　　要：某公司是国内知名连锁门店企业,直营连锁门店上百家。为了便于对门店资产设备维护、故障报修等进行系统化标准化统一管理,当资产设备发生故障时能在线获取技术支持,实施开发了连锁门店资产设备维修管理App系统。该系统包含用户手机App、微信小程序以及后端管理系统。通过该系统,能明显减少资产设备故障误报率,提高资产设备维护维修的精准性和时效性,完善设备维护维修记录,也为相关工作人员薪酬绩效提供量化标准。对连锁门店的资产设备管理起到良好的应用效果,为公司管理提质增效。A company is a well-known chain store enterprise in China,with hundreds of direct chain stores.In order to facilitate the systematic,standardized and unified management of asset equipment maintenance and fault repair in stores,and to obtain technical support online when asset equipment fails,an App system for asset equipment maintenance and management in chain stores was developed.The system includes user’s mobile app,WeChat applet and back-end management system.The system can significantly reduce the false alarm rate of asset equipment failures,improve the accuracy and timeliness of asset equipment maintenance and repair,improve equipment maintenance and repair records,and also provide a quantitative standard for the salary performance of related staff.For the asset and equipment management of chain stores,it has a good application effect,improving the quality and efficiency of the company’s management.
