摘  要:温度传感器是一种大众熟知的传感器,也是应用最广泛的传感器之一,日常生活中很多电子产品都有它的影子。温度传感器主要是由金属物品和与半导体相关的材料制作而成,功能为计量温度。目前,常用的温度传感器有热电偶传感器、铂电阻温度传感器、半导体热电偶温度传感器、PN结温度传感器等,在科学研究方面以及工业农业的生产方面都起着重要的作用。该文将会从温度传感器概述开始,总结分析温度传感器的设计与测试方法,希望为相关从业者提供一定的参考依据。Temperature sensor is a kind of well-known sensor, is also one of the most widely used sensors, we can see its shadow on many electronic products in daily life. Temperature sensor is mainly made of metal articles and semiconductor related materials, and its function is to measure temperature. At present, our common temperature sensors include thermocouple sensor, platinum resistance temperature sensor, semiconductor thermocouple temperature sensor, PN junction temperature sensor, etc., which play an important role in scientific research and industrial and agricultural production. This article will start from the overview of temperature sensors, summarize and analyze the design and testing methods of temperature sensors, hoping to provide some reference for relevant practitioners.
