摘　　要：新工科形势下,基于OBE理念对传统工科专业开展课程改革。以助剂化学与工程课程为例,通过基于OBE理念对课程进行关联性系统分析,构筑了课程建设与人才培养,以及用人单位之间的反馈机制。围绕融合新思想、新理念,新的教学内容,新的教学方式方法和考核评价改革,提出了课程建设思路,主要体现在将OBE理念深度融入培养目标设计思路中、课程内容建设充分结合校企合作课程建设、过程性评估和形成性评估的建立等方面。在课程改革的保障需求方面,突出强调了课程的持续改革建设必须以可持续的高水平师资力量为保障。Under the situation of new engineering,the curriculum reform of traditional engineering major is carried out based on OBE concept.Taking Auxiliaries Chemistry and Engineering course as an example,based on the concept of OBE,the curriculum is systematically analyzed,and the feedback mechanism between curriculum construction,talent training and employers is constructed.Focusing on the integration of new ideas,new concepts,new teaching content,new teaching methods and assessment reform,the author puts forward the idea of curriculum construction,which is mainly reflected in the deep integration of OBE concept into the training goal design idea,the construction of curriculum content is fully combined with the construction of school enterprise cooperation curriculum,the establishment of process assessment and formative assessment.In terms of the guarantee demand of the curriculum reform,it is highlighted that the sustainable reform and construction of the curriculum must be guaranteed by the sustainable high-level teachers.
