摘　　要：科技创新不仅为经济发展提供了不竭动力,也是国家拥有源源不断科技人才的保障,通过分析国内创新型科技人才队伍建设基本理论,建立了高层次创新型科技人才队伍评价指标体系,运用网络层次分析法(ANP)综合分析各评价指标之间的内在联系,计算各指标的相对权重,给出影响队伍建设效应指标因素的相对重要性排序,并根据其重要程度提出了相应的对策建议。Scientific and technological innovation not only provides an inexhaustible driving force for economic development,but also guarantees a steady stream of scientific and technological talents for the country.In this paper,by analyzing the basic theory of the construction of domestic innovative scientific and technological talents team,the evaluation index system of high-level innovative scientific and technological talents team is established.The internal relationship between the evaluation indexes is comprehensively analyzed by using Analytic Network Process(ANP),and the relative weight of each index is calculated.The relative importance of the factors affecting the team construction effect index is given,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to their importance.
