金属骨架结构对相变材料熔化过程的模拟研究

摘  要:将金属骨架加入到纯相变材料(石蜡)制备复合相变材料,以纯相变材料、复合相变材料为研究对象,建立数学模型。采用有限元软件模拟相变材料的熔化过程。结果表明:均匀、x、y、z-复合相变材料完全熔化时间分别为460 s、660 s、460 s、470 s,减小x方向圆柱骨架半径可使完全熔化时间增加43%,减小y方向的圆柱骨架半径对完全熔化时间无影响,减小z方向圆柱骨架半径可使完全熔化时间增加2%。在相同时间内,复合相变材料的液相率明显高于纯相变材料,纯相变材料、均匀、xy-复合相变材料完全熔化时间分别为1245 s、460 s、355 s,均匀、xy-复合相变材料的完全熔化时间分别比纯相变材料缩短了63.1%、71.5%。研究表明,金属骨架的加入可明显改善换热状况,xy-复合相变材料在强化换热方面优于均匀-复合相变材料。The metal skeletonis added to pure phase change material(paraffin)to prepare composite phase change materials.Pure phase change material and composite phase change materials are taken as the research object,and the mathematical model is established.Finite element software is used to simulate the melting process of phase change materials.The results show that the complete melting time of uniform,x,y and z composite PCM respectively are 460 s,660 s,460 s and 470 s.The complete melting time of cylindrical skeleton radius in the X direction increases by 43%.The complete melting time of cylindrical skeleton radius in the y direction has no change,and the complete melting time of cylindrical skeleton radius in the z direction increases by 2%.At the same time,the liquid phase ratio of the composite phase change material is significantly higher than that of the pure phase change material.The complete melting time of pure PCM,uniform PCM and xy-composite PCM respectively are 1245 s,460 s and 355 s.Compared with pure PCM,the complete melting time of uniform and xy composite PCM is shortened by 63.1%and 71.5%.The results show that the addition of metal skeleton can obviously enhance the heat transfer,and xy-composite PCM is superior to uniform composite PCM in enhancing heat transfer.
