摘　　要：跳出历史周期率,是一个政权或执政党需要面对的一道重要“考题”,其实质是要走出治乱兴衰的循环往复,确保政权的长期稳固。对中国共产党而言,跳出历史周期率是一个关系党和国家事业兴衰成败、关系人民前途命运的重大课题,从根本上来说是一个要确保党长期执政的安全问题。一百多年来,中国共产党坚持不懈地探索跳出历史周期率的方式和路径,形成了“民主新路”和“自我革命”两个答案。回顾百年历程,党的角色地位、实践场域、面临的时代挑战、人民期待等都发生了变化,但其初心使命、理论根基、政治基因、目标指向等没有变化,所以,这是一个“变”与“不变”辩证统一的过程。在此基础上科学把握“两个答案”,需要做到“内”与“外”的有机结合、“前”与“后”的有效衔接、“上”与“下”的联通互动、“情”与“理”的统筹兼顾。Escaping the historical cycle is an important test that a regime or the ruling party needs to face.Its essence is to go out of the cycle of the rise and fall and ensure the long-term stability of the regime.For the Communist Party of China,escaping the historical cycle is a major issue related to the cause of the Party and the country,the future and destiny of the people,and fundamentally a security issue to ensure the long-term governance of the Party.For more than a hundred years,the Communist Party of China has been unremittingly exploring ways and paths to escape the historical cycle,and has formed two answers:"new road to democracy"and"self-reform".In retrospect,the role and position of the Party,the field of practice,the challenges of the times,and the expectations of the people have all changed,but the Party’s original mission,theoretical foundation,political genes,and goal orientation have stayed the same.Therefore,this is a dialectical process of"changing"and"unchanging".To scientifically understand the"two answers"on this basis,we need to achieve the organic combination of"inside"and"outside",the effective connection of"before"and"after",the interaction of"up"and"down",and the overall consideration of"emotion"and"reason".
