基于“三同五化”理念下农村饮水安全巩固及环境效应分析

摘　　要：保障农村居民的饮水安全是我国近年来重点关注的内容,农村饮水安全是一项最现实、最迫切的民生工程,巩固提升农村饮水工程十分必要。根据工程概况分析了农村饮水工程建设的重要性和目前存在的问题,采用科学合理的计算方法计算用水量,并对计算结果和环境影响进行分析讨论。同时针对现场工程重难点提出了现场防治措施、工程运行管理要点和保障措施等方面来进行工程管控,确保该农村饮水安全巩固提升工程有效地解决了供水问题和农村居民用水质量,工程可更好地提升供水水质,长期发挥效益,达到效益最大化。Safeguarding the drinking water of rural residents is the focus of our country in recent years.Drinking water safety in rural areas is a most realistic and urgent civil engineering.It is necessary to consolidate and improve rural drinking water project.According to the general situation of the project,the importance of rural drinking water project construction and the existing problems are analyzed.The water consumption is calculated by scientific and reasonable calculation method,and the calculation results and environmental impact are analyzed and discussed.At the same time,in view of the difficulties and difficulties of the on-site project,this paper puts forward on-site prevention measures,key points of project operation management and guarantee measures to carry out project management and control,and ensure that the rural drinking water security consolidation and improvement project effectively solves the water supply problems and the water quality of rural residents.The project can better improve water quality of water supply,bring into play long-term benefits and maximize benefits.
