摘　　要：南欧江一级水电站位于老挝琅勃拉邦省境内南欧江上,工程采用分期导流方式,二期主河床较宽,流量大,截流具有一定难度。从截流时段选择,截流标准,截流方式,戗堤布置,龙口分区,抛投材料和施工规划等方面进行了截流规划,为实现电站成功截流、二期主体工程的顺利施工提供了有力的技术保障。Nam Ou 1 HPP is located on Luang Prabang Province Lao PDR.Stage diversion is adopted for the project.The main riverbed in Stage II is wide and has large flow,so closure is difficult.This paper carries out closure planning from the aspects of selection of closure period,closure standard,closure mode,embankment arrangement,Longkou partition,throwing materials and construction planning,which provides strong technical guarantee for successful closure of power plant and smooth construction of Phase II main works.
