摘  要:利用现有渡槽排架建立钢牛腿+贝雷桁架支撑体系,有效的解决了高排架槽身混凝土现浇模板支撑架难题。采取在太源冲渡槽单(双)排排架顶部预留φ100mm孔洞,布置实心钢棒、沙箱结构、铺设工字钢横梁形成钢牛腿,在钢牛腿上搭设贝雷桁架支撑体系和模板并铺设定型钢模的方式完成太源冲渡槽的槽身模板支撑体系的设计,按照设计的模板支撑方案顺利的完成了太源冲渡槽的槽身现浇混凝土施工,具有省时省工,安全稳定,施工方便的优点。The existing aqueduct bent is used to establish the support system of steel bracket+Berry truss,which effectively solves the difficult problem of concrete cast-in-place formwork support frame of high bent body.The design of formwork support system for Taiyuanchong aqueduct is completed by reserving?100mm holes at the top of single(double)bent of Taiyuanchong aqueduct,arranging solid steel bars,sand box structure,laying I-shaped steel cross members to form steel corbels,laying Berry truss support system and formwork on the steel corbels and laying shaped steel formwork.The cast-in-situ concrete construction of the tank body of Taiyuanchong aqueduct has been successfully completed according to the designed formwork support scheme,which has the advantages of time-saving,labor-saving,safety and stability,and convenient construction.
