水工隧洞混凝土质量缺陷分析及预防措施

摘　　要：水工隧洞多采用混凝土衬砌以改善水流条件,混凝土施工质量对构筑物结构安全和使用功能尤为重要。受各种因素影响,混凝土质量缺陷难以避免,混凝土质量缺陷的控制和预防是混凝土施工期间亟待解决的问题。通过以滇中引水工程楚雄段输水干渠衬砌混凝土质量缺陷为对象,对成型隧洞质量缺陷进行调查统计,对水工隧洞混凝土质量缺陷现状进行阐述,对质量缺陷成因进行分析对比,提出混凝土缺陷控制因素及特定环境和工艺施工过程中的预防措施。Concrete lining is mostly used in hydraulic tunnels to improve water flow conditions.The quality of concrete construction is particularly important for the safety of structures and their use functions.Influenced by various factors,concrete quality defects are unavoidable.Control and prevention of concrete quality defects are urgent problems to be solved during concrete construction.Taking Chuxiong section of water conveyance trunk of Yunnan diversion project as an example,this paper carries out investigation and statistics on quality defects of shaped tunnel,and elaborates the current situation of concrete quality defects of hydraulic tunnel.By analyzing and comparing the causes of quality defects,the control factors of concrete defects and preventive measures in specific environment and process construction are put forward.
