摘 要:瓦窑隧洞为滇中引水鲁地拉水电站水资源综合利用配套二期输水工程的控制性节点项目,施工工期紧,任务重。隧洞围岩多为强风化岩体,节理裂隙发育,岩石破碎,地下水位高,围岩类别以IV类、V类为主,V类居多,成洞条件差。为确保工程进度和质量,采用掘进机法开挖,取得了较好成果。对该隧洞掘进机法进行了总结和分析,以利后续掘进机法开挖长距离小断面隧洞。Wayao Tunnel is a control joint project of the second stage water conveyance project for comprehensive utilization of water resources of Ludila Hydropower Station.It has a tight construction period and heavy tasks.The surrounding rocks of the tunnel are mostly strongly weathered rocks with developed joints and fissures,rock fracturing and high groundwater level.The surrounding rocks are mainly of Class IV and V,and most of them are of Class V.The tunnel-forming conditions are poor.In order to ensure the progress and quality of the project,excavation by excavator method has achieved good results.The tunnel excavator method is summarized and analyzed to facilitate the subsequent excavation of long-distance small-section tunnel by the excavator method.
