梨园水电站大坝面板及消力池水下检查分析

摘  要:为准确掌握梨园水电站大坝面板及溢洪道消力池等建筑物水下部分运行情况,分别采用人工潜水和ROV对不同潜水深度开展检查。实施过程中先根据混凝土面板及消力池结构特征差异,分别确定出主要检查对象和内容。再按不同水深选择适宜的检查方式,采取合理布置潜水设备,分区域制定检查路线,布设网格对检查范围进行定位等措施,有效保证检查工作的安全性和有效性。检查结果显示梨园水电站大坝面板及其止水结构完好,大坝防渗系统安全可靠。消力池水下部分无异常,溢洪道泄洪时能充分发挥消能作用。实践表明梨园水电站大坝面板及消力池水下检查方法科学有效。In order to accurately grasp the operation of underwater parts of structures such as dam faceplate of Liyuan Hydropower Station and stilling basin of spillway,artificial diving and ROV are respectively used to check different diving depths.During the implementation,the main inspection objects and contents are determined according to the structural characteristics difference of concrete slab and stilling basin.Then,according to different water depths,proper inspection methods are selected,diving equipment is arranged reasonably,inspection route is formulated in different areas,grid is laid to locate the inspection scope and other measures are taken to effectively ensure the safety and effectiveness of inspection work.The inspection results show that the dam face plate and its water stop structure of Liyuan Hydropower Station are intact and the dam seepage control system is safe and reliable.There are no abnormalities in the underwater part of stilling basin.The energy dissipation function can be fully exerted when spillway discharges flood.The practice shows that the underwater inspection method for dam slab and stilling basin of Liyuan Hydropower Station is scientific and effective.
