摘　　要：目的 探讨miR-944在HPV16阳性宫颈癌患者组织中的表达及临床意义。方法 将2019年1月至2020年12月就诊于汉中市中心医院的113例宫颈癌患者作为实验组,其中HPV16阳性70例,HPV16阴性43例;78例良性肿瘤患者作为对照组。采用实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)探究两组患者miR-944的相对表达量差异;采用ROC曲线评估miR-944对宫颈癌的早期诊断价值;分析miR-944与宫颈癌临床病理学参数的相关性。结果 miR-944在实验组HPV16阳性患者的相对表达量为2.55±0.34,在实验组HPV16阴性患者中的相对表达量为1.88±0.43,在对照组中的相对表达量为1.38±0.41;miR-944表达在实验组HPV16阳性患者、实验组HPV16阴性患者及对照组之间差异有统计学意义(F=189.516,P<0.05)。实验组患者miR-944的相对表达量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组中HPV16阳性患者miR-944的相对表达量显著高于HPV16阴性患者(P<0.05)。实验组肿瘤组织miR-944的相对表达量为2.26±0.46,明显高于癌旁组织的1.32±0.39,差异有统计学意义(t=17.392,P<0.05)。miR-944对宫颈癌诊断的ROC曲线下面积为0.855,95%CI为0.790~0.921,敏感度为71.40%,特异度为97.30%。miR-944与HPV16感染、组织分化程度、FIGO分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(χ^(2)值分别为8.434、5.458、7.368、4.406,P<0.05)。结论 miR-944在HPV16阳性宫颈癌患者组织中呈高表达,并且在宫颈癌的诊断中有重要价值。Objective To investigate expression of mir-944 in cervical cancer tissues of patients with positive HPV16 and its clinical significance.Methods 113 patients with cervical cancer who were treated in Hanzhong Municipal Central Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as experiment group.According to detection result of HPV 16,they were divided into HPV16 positive patient group and HPV16 negative patient group.Other 78 patients who underwent hysterectomy with negative HPV16 due to benign tumors in the same period in our hospital were selected as control group.Real time fluorescent quantitative PCR(qRT-PCR) assay was used to explore difference in relative expression of miR-944 in different groups of patients.Receiver operating characteristics(ROC) curve was used to evaluate early diagnosis value of miR-944 for cervical cancer.χ^(2) test was used to explore correlations between miR-944 and clinicopathological parameters in the patients with cervical cancer.Results The relative expression of mir-944 in the patients with cervical cancer in HPV16 positive patient subgroup in the experiment group was 2.55±0.34,that in the HPV16 negative patient subgroup in the experiment group was 1.88±0.43,and that in the control group was 1.38±0.41.There was a significant difference in relative expression of miR-944 among the HPV16 positive patient subgroup, the HPV16 negative patient subgroup and the control group(F=189.516,P<0.05).The relative expression of mir-944 in the patients with cervical cancer in the experiment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and in the experiment group, the relative expression of mir-944 in the patients with cervical cancer in the HPV16 positive patient subgroup was significantly higher than that in the HPV16 negative patient subgroup(P<0.05).In addition, the relative expression of mir-944 in the cancer tissues(2.26±0.46) was significantly higher than that in the adjacent tissues(1.32±0.39)(t=17.392,P<0.05).The AUC of miR-944 for diagnosing cervical
