摘　　要：外感燥邪为干燥综合征的重要病因,临证从“阴虚燥毒”立论,核心病机为肝肾阴虚,注重毒邪的致病作用。早期即主张清热解毒类药物的运用,并将燥毒贯穿疾病始终。干燥综合征往往存在虚实夹杂之候,多夹毒、夹瘀、夹湿,为本虚标实之证。因此,临证不仅要强调滋养肝肾之阴的重要性,以复津血之源,尚需据病程新久,兼夹证候,灵活加减。治疗大法以滋养肝肾之阴为主,辨证运用益气养阴、活血解毒等治法,方选一贯煎加减。Exogenous pathogenic dryness is an important cause of Sjogren′s syndrome(SS).The clinical syndrome is based on"Yin deficiency and dryness toxin".The core pathogenesis is Liver and Kidney Yin deficiency,and the pathogenic effect of toxins should be paid attention to.In other words,in the early stage,the use of Heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs is advocated,treating dryness toxins throughout the treatment process.SS often shows a mixture of deficiency and excess,mostly mixed with toxin,stasis,and Dampness,which is the syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.Therefore,not only the importance of nourishing the Yin of the Liver and Kidney to restore the source of body Fluid and blood should be emphasized but also modified prescriptions should be used flexibly according to the duration of the disease and the combination of syndromes.The policy of treatment is to nourish the Liver and Kidney Yin,and the treatment methods such as replenishing Qi and nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation and detoxification should be used with syndrome differentiation.The choice of prescription is modified Yiguan Decoction.
