摘　　要：目的:观察虎符铜砭刮痧治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症(oviduct obstruct iveinfertility,OOI)患者临床疗效。方法:90例OOI患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予通管消癥饮,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合虎符铜砭刮痧,两组均连续治疗3个月经周期。比较两组患者治疗前后临床疗效,中医证候积分,输卵管通畅程度及白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平。结果:观察组有效率为93.33%(42/45),对照组有效率为80.00%(36/45),两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组输卵管通畅率为93.33%(42/45),对照组输卵管通畅率为73.33%(33/45),两组通畅率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候评分显著低于本组治疗前,且观察组中医证候评分低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后IL-6、TNF-α水平显著低于本组治疗前,且观察组IL-6、TNF-α水平低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:虎符铜砭刮痧治疗OOI患者疗效显著,能明显提高患者输卵管疏通率,改善OOI患者临床症状,降低其血清炎性因子水平。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Hufu Tongbian Scrapping therapy in patients with oviduct obstructive infertility(OOI).Methods:90 cases of OOI patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given Tongguan Xiaozheng Decoction,and the observation group was combined with Hufu Tongbian scraping on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 menstrual cycles.The clinical curative effect,TCM syndrome score,fallopian tube patency,interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%(42/45),and that of the control group was 80.00%(36/45).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The fallopian tube patency rate in the observation group was 93.33%(42/45),and in the control group was 73.33%(33/45).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment in the same group,and the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group during the same period,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment in the same group,and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the same period,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hufu Tongbian Scraping Therapy has a significant curative effect on OOI patients,can significantly improve the fallopian tube patency rate,alleviate clinical symptoms,and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors.
