摘 要:陕西洋县毕机沟钒钛磁铁矿尾矿中氧化钪含量为97.08 g/t,为了充分回收这部分稀土资源,通过直接酸浸对钪进行浸出,系统研究了酸的种类及用量、助浸剂种类及用量、浸出温度、浸出液固比、浸出时间以及入料细度对钪浸出效果的影响。结果表明:不添加助浸剂的情况下,硫酸、盐酸、硫酸+氢氟酸、盐酸+氢氟酸对尾矿中钪的浸出效果均很差,但盐酸的浸出率较硫酸高,在盐酸体系下添加2^(#)助浸剂能够显著提高钪的浸出率;将尾矿磨矿至-0.075 mm占80%的细度,在2^(#)助浸剂用量15%、盐酸浓度6 mol/L、液固比3∶1、浸出温度90℃、浸出时间6 h的最佳条件下,钪浸出率达89.53%。该直接酸浸工艺对钪的浸出率高,且可操作性比较强,能够促进从尾矿中回收钪的发展。The content of Sc2O3in the tailings of Bijigou vanadium-titanium magnetite in Yang County,Shaanxi Province is 97.08 g/t.In order to fully recover the rare earth resources,scandium was leached by direct acid leaching,and the effects of acid type and dosage,aid-leaching agent type and dosage,leaching temperature,leaching liquid-solid ratio,leaching time,and feed fineness on the leaching rate of scandium were systematically studied.The results show that without the addition of aid-leaching agent,the leaching effects of H2SO4,HCl,H2SO4+HF,and HCl+HF on scandium in tailings are very poor,but the leaching rate by HCl is higher than that by H2SO4.Adding 2^(#)aid-leaching agent in HCl system can significantly increase the leaching rate of scandium.When the tailings are ground to a fineness of-0.075 mm paticles accounting for 80%,the leaching rate of scandium can reach 89.53%under the optimal conditions of 2^(#)aid-leaching agent dosage of 15%,HCl concentration of 6 mol/L,liquid-solid ratio of 3∶1,leaching temperature of 90℃,and leaching time of 6 h.The direct acid leaching process has a high leaching rate of scandium and is more operatable,which can promote the development of recovering scandium from tailings.
