摘 要:以黄钨为原料,采用分步还原工艺制备钨粉,系统研究了氢气流量和系统进出气流量比对钨粉性能及压坯强度的影响。结果表明:随着氢气流量增加,钨粉粒度细化,但其压坯强度变化较小;当氢气流量为250 L/min时,钨粉粒度为3.3μm,压坯强度为4.1 MPa;当氢气流量增加到800 L/min时,钨粉粒度为2.72μm,压坯强度为4.2 MPa。同时,系统进出气流量比对钨粉压坯强度影响显著,当系统进出气流量比为1∶1时,钨粉粒度为2.76μm,压坯强度为1.6 MPa;提高系统进出气流量比至1∶0.9时,钨粉粒度上升到3.06μm,压坯强度提高到4.4 MPa。Tungsten powder was prepared from yellow tungsten oxide by stepwise reduction.The effects of hydrogen flow rate and system inlet-to-outlet gas flow rate ratio on the properties and compact strength of tungsten powder were systematically studied.The results show that with the increase of hydrogen flow rate,the particle size of tungsten powder is refined,but the change of its compact strength is small.When the hydrogen flow rate is 250 L/min,the particle size of tungsten powder is 3.30μm,and the compact strength is 4.1 MPa.When the hydrogen flow rate increases to 800 L/min,the particle size of tungsten powder is 2.72μm,and the compact strength is 4.2 MPa.At the same time,the system inlet-to-outlet gas flow rate ratio significantly affects the compact strength of tungsten powder.When the system inlet-to-outlet gas flow rate ratio is 1∶1,the particle size of tungsten powder is 2.76μm and the compact strength is 1.6 MPa.When the system inlet-to-outlet gas flow rate ratio is increased to 1∶0.9,the particle size of tungsten powder rises to 3.06μm and the compact strength is increased to 4.4 MPa.
