摘 要:本文介绍了当前低温封接玻璃的发展现状及其研究的必要性,认为研究和开发无铅低熔点化学稳定性等综合性能优异的封接玻璃来满足各行各业的需要具有重要意义。同时,从封接玻璃的分类出发,介绍低温封接玻璃的性能要求、组成体系、性能优化设计与制备工艺,分析其优势特点和存在的问题,针对未来可能发展的方向,展望低温玻璃封接技术的发展前景。This paper introduces the development of low temperature sealing glass and the necessity of its research.It is of great significance to research and develop the sealing glass with excellent comprehensive properties such as lead-free low melting point chemical stability to meet the needs of all walks of life.From the classification of sealing glass,this paper introduces the research on the performance requirements,glass composition system,performance optimization design and preparation process of low-temperature sealing glass,analyzes its advantages,characteristics and existing problems,and looks forward to the future development prospect of glass sealing technology in view of the future development direction.
