摘　　要：滑片吻合术于1989年被首次报道,作为端端吻合术和补片扩大术等手术的替代术式出现,现已成为治疗先天性气管狭窄和完全性气管环的首选手术。这是一项具有挑战性的手术,近年来随着不同医疗中心对滑片吻合术的不断改善和灵活运用,使复杂的先天性气管狭窄患儿手术死亡率不断降低。本文介绍滑片吻合术的发展应用,手术适应证,手术技术以及手术结果以期给滑片吻合术的临床应用提供一定建议。Slide tracheoplasty was first introduced in 1989 as an alternative to pericardial tracheoplasty,tracheal autograft,tracheal resection and cartilage tracheoplasty.It has become a preferred and yet challenging procedure for congenital tracheal stenosis and complete tracheal ring.In recent years,with continuous improvement and flexible application of slide tracheoplasty at different medical centers,surgical mortality of children with complex congenital tracheal stenosis has declined continuously.This review summarized the developments,surgical indications,operative techniques and outcomes of slide tracheoplasty to provide guidance for its clinical applications.
