摘　　要：总结1例先天性全身脂肪营养不良伴低血容量性休克患儿的护理体会。护理要点包括密切观察病情变化,采用儿童早期预警评分快速判断高危事件,早期识别低血容量性休克,并及时给予目标导向性液体复苏,按照疾病特点和病程提供个体化肠内营养支持治疗和家庭健康指导。经过16d的治疗和护理,患儿病情好转出院,随访1年余,未发生严重并发症。To summarize the nursing experience of a child with congenital generalized lipodystrophy accompanied by hypovolemic shock.The main points of nursing care included elosely observing the changes of the condition.rapid identification of high-risk events using the Pediatric Early Waming Score,early identification of hypovolemie shock,and timely target-oriented fluid management intervention,providing individual enteral nutrition support andl family health guidance according to the characteristics of the disease and disease course.After 16 days of treatment and nursing,the child was discharged from hospital.No serious complications occurred during the follow-up for more than 1 year.
