摘 要:非公有制经济领域劳动收入份额提升到适应共同富裕要求的应有份额至关重要。非公有制经济领域决定劳动收入份额的因素主要有生产力发展水平、劳动要素与资本要素稀缺程度的对比、劳资协商能力的对比、企业主政治思想素质和道德修养水平的高低。为使劳动收入份额达到实现共同富裕目标的要求,应不断提高生产力发展水平,推动劳动要素稀缺程度与资本要素稀缺程度相对平衡,提高非公有制经济领域劳动者的科技文化水平和思想道德素质。It is vital that the share of labor income in the non-public sector of the economy be raised to meet the requirements of common prosperity. The factors that determine the share of labor income in the non-public sector are the development level of productivity, the contrast between the scarcity of labor factors and capital factors, the contrast between the bargaining ability of labor and capital, the political and ideological quality and the level of moral accomplishment of business owners. In order to make the labor income share meet the requirements of achieving common prosperity, we should constantly improve the development level of productivity, promote the relative balance between the scarcity of labor factors and capital factors, and improve the level of science, technology, culture and ideological and moral quality of workers in the field of non-public economy.
