摘　　要：为解决学校体育发展的认识问题与实践问题,运用文献资料法、归纳演绎法、科学抽象法,以1921年为标志性节点,把建党100年来中国共产党推进“健康第一”思想发展划分为四个阶段:一是新民主主义革命时代,“健康第一”思想的奠基;二是站起来时代,“健康第一”思想的开创;三是富起来时代,“健康第一”思想的发展;四是强起来时代,“健康第一”思想的升华。在历程回顾的基础上总结出“国家本位向人本位转变”“身心二分到身心合一转变”“始终顺应时代发展进步的要求”三个基本特征。提出未来中国共产党推进“健康第一”思想科学发展,必须坚持中国共产党的领导、必须坚持以人民为中心、必须坚持以人的全面发展为宗旨、必须回归体育的“教育”功能、必须“五育”并重。In order to solve the cognitive and practical problems in the development of school physical education,using the method of literature data,inductive deduction,and scientific abstraction,taking 1921 as a landmark node,the development of the idea of“Health First”since the founding of the Communist Party of China has been divided into four stages.The first is the era of the new democratic revolution:the foundation of the“health first”idea;the second is the era of standing up:the creation of the“health first”idea;the third is the era of prosperity:the development of the“health first”idea;and the fourth is the era of strengthening:the sublimation of the“health first”idea.Based on the review of the history,three basic characteristics are summarized:“the transition from the state standard to the human standard”,“the transformation from the dichotomy of body and mind to the unity of body and mind”,and“always conform to the requirements of development and progress of the times”.It is proposed that in the future promoting the scientific development of the“health first”ideology must adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,must adhere to the people-centered approach,must adhere to the overall development of people as the purpose,must return to the“education”function of sports,must follow“Five education are equally important”.
