摘　　要：探讨骨关节感染白细胞介素家族促炎因子与T辅助淋巴细胞1(Th1)/Th2的检测价值.研究发现,骨关节感染患者血清IL-6、IL-1β、IL-17与Th1、Th1/Th2呈负相关,与Th2呈正相关(P<0.05);治疗后血清IL-6、IL-1β、IL-17、Th2水平低于治疗前,有效患者低于无效患者,Th1、Th1/Th2水平高于治疗前,有效患者高于无效患者(P<0.05);血清IL-6、IL-1β、IL-17、外周血Th1、Th2、Th1/Th2治疗前后差值绝对值评估疗效的AUC分别为0.818、0.735、0.795、0.731、0.785、0.797.骨关节感染患者白细胞介素家族促炎因子与Th1/Th2失衡显著相关,可作为评估感染转归的重要辅助指标.The purpose of this study was to investigate the significance for detecting pro-inflammatory interleukin(IL)family cytokines,T helper lymphocytes(Th)1 and 2 in osteoarticular infections.In these patients with osteoarticular infections,the study findings showed that the serum levels of IL-6,IL-1βand IL-17 were negatively correlated with the Th1 and Th1/Th2 levels,and were positively correlated with the Th2 level(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,IL-1β,IL-17,and Th2 were reduced from baseline,with even lower values of these indicators in patients who responded to treatment than those who did not;the Th1 and Th1/Th2 levels were increased from baseline,with even higher values of these indicators in patients who responded to treatment than those who did not(P<0.05).The absolute values of pre-post difference in serum levels of IL-6,IL-1β,and IL-17,peripheral Th1,Th2,and Th1/Th2 yielded areas under curve(AUCs)of 0.818,0.735,0.795,0.731,0.785,and 0.797,respectively,in treatment efficacy evaluation.In summary,the levels of pro-inflammatory interleukin family cytokines are significantly associated with the Th1/Th2 imbalance in patients with osteoarticular infections,and thus can be used as important adjuncts to assess the outcomes of infection.
