摘 要:随着我国“双碳”目标的逐步实施,炼铁工序面临的碳减排任务艰巨,迫切需要开发能显著降低碳排放的低碳或近零碳炼铁技术。针对我国炼铁实际情况,提出了“双碳”目标下我国炼铁技术发展路径:高炉炼铁工艺应在传统节能减排措施的基础上,大力发展富氢冶炼、高富氧冶炼,以及高炉煤气自循环等先进技术;“短流程”钢铁生产工艺应着重发展氢基竖炉、氢基流化床、氢基熔融还原+电炉冶炼技术,同时注重回转窑、转底炉的氢基化改造工作;大力发展智能化、数字化技术,助力钢铁行业实现碳达峰碳中和目标。The ironmaking field faces an arduousness of carbon emission reduction as China is stepping forward towards its "dual carbon" goal,and the need to develop low-carbon or near-zero carbon ironmaking technologies that can significantly reduce carbon emissions becomes more and more urgent.Considering China’s actual situation,an development route of China’s ironmaking technology is proposed to follow the "double carbon" policy:The "long process" BF ironmaking should develop towards the advanced technologies such as hydrogen-enriched smelting,high or full oxygen-enriched smelting,and self-circulation of BFG on the basis of conventional energy-saving and emission reduction measures;The development of "short process" ironmaking shall focus on hydrogen-based shaft furnace,hydrogen-based fluidized bed,hydrogen-based smelt reduction+EAF smelting technology.In addition,more efforts shall be made on hydrogen-based transformation of rotary kiln and rotary hearth furnace,and development of intelligent and digital technologies on the way of hitting the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in the steel industry.
