摘 要:“十三五”期间,首钢在保持合理生产规模的条件下,通过优化炼铁系统工艺流程、调整产业结构、研发应用关键技术、设计建构工程集成系统,创建了基于高炉大比例球团矿高效低碳冶炼工艺体系,实现了炼铁工序耗散结构体系优化。京唐5500 m^(3)高炉利用系数月平均达到2.55t/(m^(3)·d),入炉焦比降低到263 kg/t,煤比达到196kg/t,焦炭负荷达到6.0,球团矿入炉比例达到55%以上。提高鼓风富氧率、减少入炉风量、降低炉腹煤气量、提高喷煤量、稳定提高风温,成为首钢高炉炼铁的技术特征。持续推进厚料层烧结、热风循环等综合技术,实现了资源和能源的减量化,有效降低了烧结过程CO_(2)和污染物的排放。采用带式焙烧机生产高品质、高性能球团矿,开发应用了高铁低硅碱性球团制备与应用技术,为高炉大比例球团矿冶炼奠定了技术基础。炼铁系统积极实施超低排放技术改造升级,实现固体颗粒物、SOx、NOx等污染物的大幅度减排,取得了显著的生态环境效益。During the period of " The thirteenth five-year plan",Shougang establishes an efficient low-carbon smelting process system running based on high percentage of pellets by optimizing the process flow of the ironmaking system,adjusting the industrial structure,developing and applying the key technologies,and building the engineering integration system under the condition of maintaining reasonable production output,and realize the optimization of the dissipative structure system of the ironmaking process.The monthly average productivity of Shougang Jingtang 5 500 m^(3) BF reaches 2.55 t/(m^(3)·d),the coke rate declines to 263 kg/t,the coal rate goes up to 196 kg/t,the coke load comes to 6.0,and the pellet rate reaches over55%.Nowadays,Shougang BF ironmaking is characterized by higher blast oxygen enrichment ratio,lower blast rate,lower gas flowrate at bosh,and stably high blast temperature.The application of thick sinter layer technology and hot blast circulation technology reduces the consumption of resource and energy,mitigates the emission of CO_(2) and pollutants generated from the sintering process.The production of high quality and property pellets by means of straight grate machine,and development of high-ferrous and low-silica basic pellet preparation technology underpin BF smelting with high percentage of pellets.By implementing ultra-low emission upgrading technologies,the emission of solid particulate substances,SOx,NOxand other pollutants is reduced greatly,bringing significant ecological and environmental benefits.
