摘  要:用晋城赵庄煤、长平煤与神华烟煤进行混合实验,并对混合煤进行喷吹特性分析及综合性能评估。分析结果表明:(1)安全性都能满足高炉喷吹要求,赵庄煤混合煤的爆炸性和着火点的变化幅度更大;(2)输送性都能满足高炉喷吹要求,长平混合煤的流动性和喷流性稍高;(3)反应性都随着烟煤比例增加而增强,赵庄混合煤要优于长平混合煤。基于权重计算了混合煤的综合性能评估指数C值,推荐采用70%的赵庄煤与30%的神华烟煤进行混合喷吹。An experiment is carried out on the mixed coal coming from Jincheng Zhaozhuang mine,Changping minc-and Shenhua mine with aim of analyzing the injection characteristics of the mixed coal,and evaluating the mixed coal comprehensive performance.The analysis results prove:(1) The safety of different coals can meet the injection requirements,but the explosibility and ignition point of mixed coal coming from the Zhaozhuang mine vary highly;(2) The coal fluidiy can meet the injection requirements,and both the fluidity and injection flowability of mixed coal from Changping mine are slightly higher;(3) The reactivity of all coals enhances with the increase of bituminous coal proportion,and the reactivity of mixed coal from Zhaozhuang mine is higher than that from Changping mine.According to the comprehensive performance evaluation index(i.e.the value C) of the mixed coal which is calculated based on the weight,a recipe of 70% mixed coal from Zhaozhuang mine+ 30% mixed bituminous coal from Shenhua mine is proposed.
