摘  要:太钢5号高炉在线炉热闭环智能控制系统,将数学模型和高炉操作相结合,发挥计算机大数据处理、机器自学习、数据分析和超强运算的优势,量化了炉热控制,实现了高炉操作由人工控制向计算机智能控制的转变。该系统应用初期以建议模式为主,经过反复迭代优化完全投入闭环运行后,提升了5号高炉高炉热制度的稳定性,铁水[Si]在0.45%±0.2%的比例达到85.74%,降低了燃料比5~10kg/t,降低了炉温波动,减少了炼钢工序双渣冶炼量。By adapting the mathematical model with the BF operation,the smart closed-loop on-line heat control system used in TISCO No.5 BF make the furnace heat control digitalized through drawing on computer’s advantage in big data processing,machine self-learning,data analysis and super-computing ability.The furnace operation transforms from manual control to computer-based smart control.The system functions for giving suggestion on control mode at beginning,and implements fully closed-loop control after repeated iterative optimization,which can upgrade the stability of the furnace heat system.The yield of HM with Si content of 0.45%±0.2% reaches 85.74%,fuel rate decreased by 5~10 kg/t,furnace temperature fluctuation narrows,and the load of double slag operation in steelmaking process is alleviated.
