摘  要:分析ME-C型主机排气阀关闭过慢故障现象,结合排气阀结构与工作原理,从空气弹簧室密封环安装时异物卡阻及质量不好、气缸内燃气上窜、空气弹簧室下部油腔有无润滑油、空气弹簧室安全阀与单向阀故障、控制系统及传感器故障等方面进行原因分析,发现主要是密封环磨损、燃气上窜与空气弹簧室下腔内滑油量不足以及排气阀位置传感器接线盒到气缸控制单元线路损坏导致。通过更换密封、液压油缸弹簧垫圈、在空气弹簧室下部油腔内充注足量干净润滑油及更换排气阀位置传感器接线盒到气缸控制单元线路,使排气阀工作恢复正常;同时对排气阀密封空气系统结构进行改进,提高空气弹簧室空气压力,阻止燃气上窜,减轻排气阀阀杆腐蚀和磨损,减小对排气阀关闭行程的影响。The fault phenomenon of me-c main engine exhaust valve closing too slowly is analyzed. Combined with the structure and working principle of exhaust valve, the causes of control system and sensor failure is analyzed from the aspects of foreign matter jamming and poor quality during the installation of air spring chamber sealing ring, the gas in the cylinder moves upward, whether there is lubricating oil in the oil chamber at the lower part of the air spring chamber, the failure of safety valve and check valve in air spring chamber, the failure of the control system and sensor, etc. It is found out that it is mainly caused by the wear of sealing ring, the upward movement of gas and the insufficient amount of lubricating oil in the lower cavity of air spring chamber, as well as the fault of the line from the junction box of exhaust valve position sensor. By replacing the seal, hydraulic cylinder spring washer, filling sufficient clean lubricating oil into the lower oil chamber of the air spring chamber,and replacing the wiring from the exhaust valve position sensor junction box to the cylinder control unit, the exhaust valve can work normally. At the same time, the structure of the sealing air system of the exhaust valve is improved to increase the air pressure in the air spring chamber, prevent the upward movement of gas, reduce the corrosion and wear of the exhaust valve stem and reduce the impact on the closing stroke of the exhaust valve.
