摘  要:以D450型玻纤增强热塑性塑料复合管为研究对象,通过简单理论及有限元方法对其在外压弯曲组合荷载下的极限状态进行研究,最终得到D450型管道组合和荷载的极限方程。该极限方程的计算结果与有限元算例结果高度吻合,证明了使用简单理论极限方程预测D450型管道外压弯曲组合极限状态的可靠性。同时,该极限方程也为管道设计人员提供了可靠、简便、准确的外压弯曲组合荷载下极限状态的校核方法。Taking D450 glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite pipe as research object, its limit state under external pressure bending combined load is studied through simple theory and finite element method, and finally the limit equation of D450 pipe combination and load is obtained. The calculation results of the limit equation are highly consistent with the results of finite element examples. The reliability of using simple theoretical limit equation to predict the combined limit state of D450 pipeline under external pressure bending is proved. At the same time, the limit equation also provides a reliable, simple and accurate limit state verification method for pipeline designers under external pressure bending combined load.
