摘  要:给出氯气液化工艺流程。针对河南平煤神马东大化学有限公司氯气液化系统运行中存在的问题分析原因有:液化器内存在的大量润滑油影响液化氟利昂与氯气的换热效果;润滑油不能自动回油。提出改进措施:将液化器液氟液位计浮球阀下移7cm。改造后,设备达到正常处理能力,且液化效率和尾氯纯度大大提高。The process flow of chlorine liquefaction is given.The problems existing in the operation of chlorine liquefaction system of Henan Pingmei Shenma Dongda Chemical Co.Ltd.are discussed.The causes are as follows:there is a large amount of lubricating oil in the liquefier,affecting the heat exchange effect of liquefied freon and chlorine;the lubricating oil cannot return automatically.The improvement measures are put forward:lower the float valve of liquid freon level gauge of liquefier by 7 cm.After the improvement is conducted,the system operated at the normal capacity,and the liquefaction efficiency and tail chlorine purity greatly improved.
