摘　　要：介绍了氯化氢合成及盐酸生产工艺流程,针对氯化氢合成装置运行过程中存在的安全隐患,提出自动化改造和安全管理措施,确保氯化氢合成过程的安全、稳定、高效运行。The production process of hydrogen chloride and that of hydrochloric acid were introduced.In order to eliminate the potential safety hazards in the operation of the hydrogen chloride synthesis unit,automation transformation and safety management measures were proposed to ensure the safe,stable and efficient operation of the hydrogen chloride synthesis process.
