摘　　要：社区是居民社会生活的基本单元,人们在社区中进行着一定的社会活动并进行着紧密的社会互动。社区是一个微型的小社会,改善和提升社区服务体系建设,是让社区居民共建共享城市发展成果的重要体现。经济和社会的不断发展推动了社区自组织的萌芽和发展,当前我国社区自组织培育和发展仍处于起步阶段,社会工作机构作为专业力量,协助培育社区自组织,通过整合社区资源,凝聚社区力量,为社区骨干和社区居民赋能,提升居民的社区参与意识和社区自治能力,使社区居民共享城市发展成果,建设居民自助互助、友好宜居的新型社区。Community is the basic unit of residents’social life.People are carrying out certain social activities and close social interaction in the community.Community is the epitome of the big society.It is an important embodiment of co-construction and sharing city to improving and upgrading the construction of community service system.The wheel of history has promoted the germination and development of community self-organization.At present,the cultivation and development of community self-organization in China is still in its infancy.As a professional force,social workers help cultivate community self-organization.By integrating community resources,gathering community strength,empowering community backbones and community residents,improving residents’awareness of community participation and community autonomy,community residents can share the fruits of urban development,We will build a new type of community where residents can help each other and live in a friendly and livable environment.
