摘  要:以油茶果壳为原料,选择不同质量分数的塑化剂、胶黏剂、发泡剂、填料等助剂,制备缓冲包装材料,采用正交试验的方法,利用动态热机械分析仪进行动态力学性能分析,确定最佳工艺条件.结果表明,助剂的质量分数对包装材料的性能影响较大,其最佳工艺条件为:塑化剂、胶黏剂、发泡剂、填料占油茶果壳的质量分数为12%、9%、8%、6%.在最佳工艺条件下,其密度、应变、可恢复形变、蠕变特性等性能均有所提高.Using camellia oleifera fruit shell as raw material,different contents of plasticizers,adhesives,foaming agents,fillers and other additives were selected to prepare buffer packaging materials.Dynamic performance analysis was carried out by using orthogonal test and dynamic thermal mechanical analyzer to determine the optimal process conditions.The results showed that the dosage of additives had a great influence on the performance of packaging materials.The optimal process conditions were as follows:the dosage of plasticizer,adhesive,foaming agent and filler were 12%,9%,8%and 6%,respectively,of the mass fraction of the camellia oleifera shell.Under the optimal conditions,the density,strain,recoverable deformation,creep characteristics and other dynamic properties are improved.
