摘 要:此处分析了一种应用于轨道交通大功率变流器的IGBT直接并联技术,分析其均流效果,对两种IGBT对称布置与4种集成交流输出铜排的低感母排进行设计分析,并通过杂散电感仿真对低感母排性能进行分析,最后通过双脉冲试验和变流器功率考核试验验证了IGBT并联的均流效果。结果表明,IGBT直接并联技术在大功率变流器应用中具有良好的均流效果和低的电压尖峰,有助于提高变流器的可靠性。An ICBT direct parallel technology applied to the high power converters of rail transit is analyzed,the effect of it's current sharing is analyzed,and two kinds of IGBT symmetrical layout and four types of bars integrated AC output copper are designed and analyzed.The performance of the low-inductance bus-bars is analyzed by the stray inductance simulation.Finally,the effect of the parallel current sharing of IGBT is verified by the double-pulse test and the converter power test.The results show that the IGBT direct parallel technology has good current sharing effect and the low voltage spike in the application of high power converters,which helps to improve the reliability of converters.
