近距离多层磷矿采矿方法优化研究

摘　　要：为进一步回采前期开采遗留的磷矿资源,解决地下磷矿开采存在的顶板冒落事故问题,对某磷矿采矿方法进行了优化研究。针对矿体赋存条件以及开采现状初步设计了3种采矿方法,通过改进的TOPSIS等方法在安全、技术和经济3个方面进行综合分析,并运用FLAC3D软件对+400~+820 m水平矿房采空区稳定性进行了分析研究。研究结果表明:预切顶分层开挖嗣后充填采矿法作为优选的采矿方法,在不同开采工况条件下,所形成的采空区稳定性较好,进一步验证了优选采矿方法的可行性。研究结果可为类似磷矿床地下优化开采提供参考依据。In order to further recover the remaining phosphate rock resources in the early stage of mining and solve the problem of roof caving accident in underground phosphate rock mining, the optimization of mining method in a phosphate rock mine was studied. According to the occurrence conditions of ore bodies and the current situation of mining, three mining methods were preliminarily designed. Through the improved TOPSIS method, the comprehensive analysis was carried out in three aspects of safety, technology and economy. FLAC3D simulation software was used to analyze and study the stability of goaf in +400~+820 m. The results show that the pre-cut roof slicing excavation and subsequent filling mining method is the preferred mining method. Under different mining conditions, the stability of the goaf is good, which further verifies the feasibility of the preferred mining method. The research results can provide a reference for underground optimization mining of similar phosphate deposits.
