摘  要:为了优化新疆阿舍勒铜矿的采场结构,基于矿区地质情况和RQD岩体质量评价方法,对该矿区的岩体展开了试验研究,结果表明,阿舍勒铜矿区凝灰岩的质量一般,矿岩、玄武岩、英岩斑岩的质量比较好。采用ANSYS和FLAC软件建立了采场结构模型,通过对比采幅分别为10 m、13 m、16 m以及19 m条件下采场的最大拉应力、最大压应力、水平位移等数值结果,得知4种采幅条件下的采场结构都比较稳定,其中采幅为13 m的结构最优。对采幅为13 m条件下的开采顺序进行分析,结果表明,隔一采一、隔二采一的开采方式下,采场岩体都存在变形,开采时有坍塌的风险,隔三采一的采场稳定性最好。In order to optimize the stope structure of Ashele copper mine in Xinjiang, based on the geological conditions of the mining area and the RQD rock mass quality evaluation method, the rock mass in this mining area was tested and studied. The results show that the quality of tuff in Ashele copper mine is general, and the quality of ore rock, basalt and quartzite porphyry is good. The stope structure model was established by using ANSYS and FLAC software. By comparing the numerical results of the maximum tensile stress, the maximum compressive stress and the horizontal displacement of the stope under the mining widths of 10 m, 13 m, 16 m and 19 m respectively, it is known that the stope structure under the four kinds of mining steps is relatively stable, and the structure with the mining width of 13 m is the best. Then, the mining sequences under the condition of 13 m mining width was analyzed. The results show that under the mining mode of one mining every other and two mining every other, the rock mass of the stope is deformed, and there is a risk of collapse during mining. The stope stability with the mining sequences of three mining every other is the best.
