摘 要:合理的回采顺序是深部矿体安全高效回采的关键。为确定朱兰铁矿深部矿体阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法的最佳回采顺序,设计了4种盘区内采场回采方式和3种矿房回采顺序,利用AutoCAD-Midas-FLAC3D耦合建模技术,分析了各方案回采过程中的应力和顶板下沉位移变化、盘区回采结束后的塑性区范围及分布情况。结果表明:盘区内采场“隔二采一”和矿房“中央向两翼开采”的回采顺序方案应力集中程度低,顶板下沉位移量变化小,塑性区范围及分布情况好,且回采工艺简单,有利于提高采场稳定性,确定为最优回采顺序。研究成果可为朱兰铁矿深部矿体回采提供技术依据,也为同类型矿山回采顺序设计提供借鉴。Reasonable mining sequence is the key to safe and efficient mining of deep ore bodies. In order to determine the optimal mining sequence of stage open stoping with subsequent filling mining method in the deep ore body of Zhulan Iron Mine, four mining methods and three mining sequence were designed. Using AutoCAD-Midas-FLAC3Dcoupling modeling technology, the stress and roof subsidence displacement changes in the mining process of each scheme, as well as the plastic zone range and distribution after the end of panel mining were analyzed. The results show that the mining sequence schemes of every two mining one in the panel area and from the central to two wings mining in the mine room have low stress concentration, small change of roof subsidence displacement, good plastic zone range and distribution, as well as simple mining technology, which are conducive to improving the stability of the stope. The mining sequence schemes of “every two mining one” in the panel area and “from the central to two wings mining” in the mine room is determined as the optimal mining sequence. The research results can provide a technical basis for the mining of deep ore bodies in Zhulan Iron Mine, and also provide a reference for the mining sequence design of similar mines.
