摘 要:矿山充填管网倍线因敷设条件复杂而有较大变化,当局部倍线不合理时,影响充填料浆质量浓度,加速管道磨损,导致充填质量下降和成本增高。为探究某矿山充填浓度低、充填管道磨损严重等现象,对全尾砂充填料浆的流动性能进行测试,并分析管网敷设情况,研究表明,地表充填管道局部倍线为7.51,需降低质量浓度以满足流动性要求,矿山井下整体倍线较小,大部分接近2~4,质量浓度过低及竖管自由落体段过高导致井下管道加速磨损。通过重新设计地表充填管道,使地表局部倍线减小至5.5,并考虑在井下水平管道上添加增阻卸压设施,使料浆在合理流速内输送至空区,保证充填料浆达到结构流状态,将料浆对管道的冲刷控制在正常水平。The filling gradient of mine pipe network has great changes due to the complicated laying conditions. The mass concentration of filling slurry is affected and the pipeline wear is accelerated when the local gradient is unreasonable, which causes the decreasing of filling quality and the increasing of filling cost. In order to explore the phenomenon of low filling concentration and serious wear of filling pipeline in a mine, the flowability of full tailings filling slurry was tested and the laying of pipeline network was analyzed. The research show that the local filling gradient of the surface filling pipeline is 7.51, and the mass concentration needs to be reduced to meet the fluidity requirements. The overall filling gradient of the underground mine is small, most of which are close to 2-4. The over-low mass concentration and the over-high free fall section of the vertical pipe will accelerate the underground pipeline wear. By redesigning the surface filling pipeline, the local filling gradient of the surface has been reduced to 5.5. Through adding the resistance-increasing and pressure-relief facilities, the underground horizontal pipeline will transport the slurry to the goaf within a reasonable flow rate, so as to ensure that the filling slurry reach the structural flow state and control the erosion of the slurry to the pipeline at the normal level.
